Girls on the Run New Castle County is dedicated to educating & preparing girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living.

How the Girls on the Run and Girls on Track season works:
Girls meet twice a week, one hour and 15 minutes per practice from March 29th /April 5th – June 5th. Each practice includes warm-ups, running workouts and games that teach important life skills and decision-making strategies. Practices prepare the girls to complete a 5K (3.1 mile) run/walk event at the end of the season.
